Back in March 2023, Dinesh and Vikram got engaged in a deep conversation about purpose. That conversation helped Dinesh discover that his passion is cinema and production. Six months later, he started Creative AF.

Dinesh, his Head of Creatives, and Vikram regularly connected every Monday at noon for 60 minutes to articulate things like positioning, services, target audience, pricing, offers, and marketing strategies and with over 24 discussions, we radically revised the original ideas about most of those topics.
Meeting Rhythms
To develop a strong team culture, we implemented all hands-on 15-minute daily Huddles and 60-minute weekly L10’s with clearly defined structures, agendas, expectations, and protocols to create remote collaborative forums to celebrate success, share updates, seek help, highlight challenges, and contribute ideas.
Continuous Education
Dinesh and I regularly informed each other of new training and workshops on subjects like business automation, scaling, sales funnels, and AI that helped us articulate our priorities at different stages, improve systems and processes, and align on ideas related to marketing and growth hacking.
