Services

Marketing that has to earn its keep.

Monthly retainers built around whatever is most likely to bring you customers, with the numbers to show it. Google Ads leads. Everything else is added only when it makes sense for your business.

  • A senior strategist on your account

The same experienced person plans the work, does the work and reports on it. Nothing gets handed to a junior.

  • Reports you can actually read

A short monthly update in plain English: what happened, what it cost, what it brought in, and what’s next.

  • Month-to-month, always

Add or drop services as your business changes. No long contracts, and you own every account we set up.

Monthly retainers

Start with one. Add more as it works.

Most clients start with Google Ads, then add another service once the results come in. Here’s what each one is, in plain words.

02 · Get found for free

SEO & your Google Business Profile

SEO means showing up in Google’s regular results and on Google Maps without paying for each click. It takes longer than ads, but it keeps working in the background.

What you get

  • Your Google Business Profile set up properly and kept up to date
  • Website fixes that help Google understand what you do and where
  • Pages written around what your customers actually search for
  • Monthly tracking of calls, direction requests and enquiries from search

A good fit if

Your competitors show up on Maps and you don’t, or you want to rely less on paid ads over time.

03 · Stay visible

Social media marketing

Paid and organic posts on Facebook and Instagram that keep you in front of past customers and reach new ones nearby. Built around your goals, not likes for the sake of likes.

What you get

  • A simple plan for what to post, where, and why
  • Meta ad campaigns aimed at real enquiries
  • Reporting that ties social back to calls, bookings and sales

A good fit if

Your customers spend time on Facebook or Instagram, or you’re paying for social now and can’t see what it’s doing.

04 · Know what’s working

Tracking & reporting

If you can’t measure it, you can’t improve it. I set up tracking so every call, form and booking is counted, then turn the numbers into a report that makes sense in five minutes.

What you get

  • Google Analytics and conversion tracking set up correctly
  • Call and form tracking, so you know where every lead came from
  • One simple dashboard covering all your channels
  • A monthly plain-English summary with clear next steps

A good fit if

You’re spending on marketing across a few channels and can’t say which one actually brings in customers.

One-off projects

Foundations, done properly.

Scoped pieces of work with a clear start, finish and price. Many clients start here before moving to a monthly retainer.

Website builds & rebuilds

A fast, clear WordPress site that turns visitors into enquiries, and that you can update yourself.

Email marketing setup

A simple system to stay in touch with past customers and turn enquiries into bookings, set up once and running on its own.

Account ownership clean-up

Get back control of your ads, Google Business Profile, Facebook page, domain and website, with every login and permission documented in one place.

Hosting & maintenance review

Find out whether you’re overpaying for your website. I’ve moved clients to lower-cost hosting with exactly the same setup.

Jargon, translated

What your last agency meant.

You shouldn’t need a dictionary to understand your own marketing. Here’s what the common terms actually mean for your business.

Conversion tracking“Our conversions are up 20%.”
Counting the things that matter, like a call, a form or a booking. If this is broken, every other number is a guess.
Impressions“You got 40,000 impressions.”
How many times your ad appeared on a screen. It doesn’t mean anyone noticed it, or called.
Cost per click (CPC)“Your CPC dropped.”
What you pay each time someone clicks your ad. Cheap clicks from the wrong people aren’t a win.
Cost per lead“CPL is trending well.”
What you pay, on average, to get one enquiry. This is one of the few numbers most owners should watch.
Google Business Profile“We optimized your GBP.”
Your listing on Google Maps and in search, with your reviews, hours and phone number. You should own it, not your agency.
Return on ad spend (ROAS)“ROAS is 4x.”
For every dollar spent on ads, how many came back in sales. Only meaningful if the tracking is right.

A good fit

Who I work best with.

Established local businesses, like home services companies, dental clinics and non-profits, that want a senior partner who tells them the truth about what’s working.

We’ll probably work well together if…

  • You run an established business doing roughly $1M–$5M a year
  • You have a team of about 5 to 25 people
  • You serve Vancouver and the Lower Mainland (or beyond)
  • You’ve been let down by an agency that overpromised and under-explained
  • You want measurable results, and honesty when something isn’t working

I’m probably not the right fit if…

  • You’re looking for the cheapest option available
  • You want guaranteed #1 rankings (no honest marketer can promise that)
  • You need a large in-house team for very high-volume creative work

Not sure which service you need?

That’s what the first conversation is for. Tell me about your business and I’ll point you to the one or two things most likely to make a difference. Pricing comes after, once I know what you need.
