An established real estate developer put his son in charge of overseeing the complete development and sale of a residential project in Maple Ridge, BC. During the peak of COVID, construction reached a point where sales could begin. The son partnered with the ElementIQ team led by Vikram to assist with sales and marketing.
Best wins
Between 2020-21, we helped sell 31 Townhomes at premium prices within 6 months in a coordinated effort between ElementIQ, the property developer, and one designated real estate agent.
These townhomes were built in Maple Ridge, BC which is a suburb that’s 1.5 hours away from downtown Vancouver and at least 30 minutes away from the closest skytrain station.
The total revenue generated by the 31 sales was north of $15M.
The hacks that worked
- Website
Using WordPress and Elementor, we built them a clean website with information about the property, schematics, interiors, facilities, and location along with easily accessible contact information.
- Meta Ads
Using Facebook and Instagram ads, we drove traffic to their website which in turn generated qualified leads as users were contacting the sales team after getting all the information they would want from the website.
- Conversion tracking
Phone calls and website contact form submissions were tracked as conversions. With Call Tracking Metrics, we were even getting call recordings. Call reviews allowed all of us to gather customer feedback and make improvements to the ads, website, and the sales conversations.
Key to success
This campaign took place during COVID when the interest rates were way down and the property market was hot. However, the property was situated in a far off suburb. One of the best decisions was taken by the property developer who hired an experienced real estate agent as the dedicated sales representative for the units.
